General rule
Because files are delivered instantly and can be printed immediately, downloaded digital products are generally non-refundable.
When we do refund or replace
Duplicate payments for the same order are refunded in full.
If a file is missing, inaccessible or corrupted, we will send a working file or, if we cannot resolve it, issue a full refund.
If you were charged but no order was created, we refund the amount after verification.
